Your STL files

Files you drop into the checker are read by your own browser using the standard File API and analysed in memory on your machine. They are not uploaded, not stored, and never reach our servers or anyone else's. Closing the tab discards them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising. Our host records standard web server logs (IP address, page, timestamp) as part of serving the site.

Fonts

Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log the IP address that made it. That is the only third party involved in loading this page.

If you email us

If you send a file for repair or a printing enquiry, we hold that email and any attachment for as long as needed to do the work, plus our normal accounting retention. We do not use it for marketing and we do not pass it on.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Email Josh@3DGuru.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO.
